It's pretty obvious that Shawn and Gus fancy themselves singers, as we saw in American Duos. Wouldn't it be fun if, somehow, a seemingly random (or not) karaoke/singing scene could be incorporated in one of the shows somehow? Perhaps Shawn and Gus infiltrate a wedding, and Shawn decides to show off for Juliet. Maybe Shawn needs Gus to pretend to be a jazz singer while Shawn moonlights as his manager to gather information at a seedy bar. Or maybe Lassiter tries to woo his wife back with some crooning of his own!
Anyway, the only requirements are that you must either have the setting be at an event that has karaoke, or for some reason, a character is in a situation where they have to sing in order to move an investigation along.

Summary: Iris is abducted forcing Karen to do "something" (up to author). Because of the no-cops request from the kidnappers, she calls on Shawn.

Summary: Write a fic about Juliet getting kidnapped by someone from the past. It can be someone from her past or Shawn's. It could be before a date with Shawn, or outside the station or anything else you think of. Either Shawn or Lassiter have to be the one to discover that she's missing. Lassiter and Shawn have to team up to help find her. Other than that you can do pretty much whatever you want. The only thing really required is MAJOR shules. Have fun! :)

Summary: I was driving today and listening to a mythology lecture and came up with this idea basing it on PJ. What if Shawn is the son of Mnemosyne, the Greek goddess of memory? (Of course, my original idea was for a god thus fulfilling Shawn's wish that he wasn't related to Henry.) Since she is considered a minor deity, Shawn was allowed to grow up outside Camp Half-Blood. To work out his new backstory and how he finds out is up to you
