First before I review, I need to say that I love that the chapter note is simply "hello." It made me laugh.
On to the review... I don't know what you're talking about. The characters aren't OOC at all. In fact, I think you did a wonderful job writing them and I loved the details about the crime scene. I'm really curious to see what direction you take this (shules possibly?). Update soon and nice job. :)
