Wow--lots and lots (and I mean truckloads) of guilt. And it all makes me want to hug them all, even knowing just how useless that would be.
Then on top of that, we now have nondescript men hanging around and me thinks that's probably not a good thing. Though it does give me SOO much more to mull over while we await the next chapter.
Though I am thrilled to see that there is still a "micro-speck" of the Shawn we all know and love in there somewhere.<3
I think the format you are using is working just fine, I don't see any reason to change it. It doesn't break up the flow of the story in my opinion. And I do see what you mean about Chrome...it's really weird that it almost scrambled my review for the last chapter. That's why I started doing all my reviewing from IE--Chrome works as long as I don't hit enter, or else it eats the rest of my reivew...which is just bizarre.

Ah yes the guilt. Everyone feel like what happened is their fault, including Shawn.
No Hugs are not going to help this one and the men, well you are just going to have to wait and find out who they are and what they are doing. I intend to surprise the crap outta everyone. Remember though there are two more stories in this.
Yeah he is still in there but he is just so broken that he's hiding and needs help being found, brought forth, and nursed back to healt.
And thank you I didn't want to screw this up b/c I want to do Vindi justice and I want the reader to see the bits and pieces of what everyone has gone through, not the whole story, just little glimpses.
And chrome just hates you. I love this review and I thank you for being the first one to review on the new chappie.

Author's Response: Thanks like seriously I'm flattered. I didn't know of I was making him too dark but I figured he wasn't born into the family and if you don't inherit the power you must earn it, so o figure he's sick deep down but just has his guys usually take care of it but with Shawn he gets to live the good ole' days. And of course I gave him tea what kind of bad guy would he be without tea.
And I'm particularly proud(I know that's a sin but at least I'm having fun on my way to hell) of the mental whump I'm going to throw everyone's way.

A present?!? OMG seriously?!? Ok and I hope this lives up to your expectations. I really do. It is going to be a LONG one and I already have the rough idea for a plot for a sequel. So you not only have inspired one story, you've inspired two. So kudos to you. And seriously a present?!?

Dude, it's official, you are an evil, evil, evil, woman who only delights in psychological torture of your readers...xD But I am sure you will eventually take pity on us poor readers and stop almost killing the boy and making wait in limbo the entire story, ROFL.
But I keep reading anyway, so what exactly does that say about me XP. (I really didn't get enough sleep last night) Anywho, can't wait to see where you go next, and hopefully you allow the poor boy to heal at least a little bit.
And I completely understand about the desire to get that title--it's one of the coolest lines in the entire song, with the possible exception of "Unaware that I'm tearing you asunder." or
"There is thunder in our hearts"
But the music itself is completely awesome as well, lol, I don't know where she finds half this music...
