OHHH, I really like this one Deej! Man, you had all of those complicated facts figured out, I'm impressed. I could never write something like this. I really love Shawn going to Lassie for help because he knew he could still be objective in helping in and it wouldn't be super suspicious if he wasn't showing a ton of emotions after Shawn "died". I'm kind of surprised he wasn't more freaked out though when he came in to Shawn's apartment to see his "suicide" but I guess Shawn popped up too quickly for him to take it in fully. This is so well thought out, I love it.

I can't believe you had this on your computer so long. How dare you deny us the awesomeness that is this story! Hurumph I say!
But seriously, I really love this story and how for the whole first chapter you had me on the edge of my seat wondering how you were gonna pull off Shawn being alive. (I didn't read ahead when I beta read the first chapter because I didn't want to spoil the surprise :D )
I still can't get over the "SPENCER!" ringtone. LOL.

O:) Thank you so much for everything you did to help me with it; you really did make it so much better with all of your hard work. <3 Also, I am SO HAPPY that you enjoyed it so much!! Writing fic is first for me, but then it also makes me feel so over the moon when I find out that my readers loved a story. :) And me neither! Haha It was a moment of brilliance, if I do say so myself. :D I love how it works with the scene.

This is a pretty cool idea for a story! I like how Lassie's pretty much the only guy who knows whatever the heck is going on, because it's so unlike Shawn to confide in him.
Also, I ADORE this title! XD
Author's Response: Right?? Of all the people in Santa Barbara - or anywhere, really - Lassie is the only one who seems to know what is up here. So unusual! And he's probably the last person to ever tell an untruth, so what could possibly be the reason for it all?? *bites nails* :P (Also thank you!!! I thought of it and was like, "YES IT'S PERFECT!!" and I'm very glad to hear you think so as well!)

This is fantastic! I am so excited about this story - you have no idea! :) The suspense is phenomenal and the mystery is thoroughly intriguing. When I realized the "teller of untruths" in the title probably is referring to Lassiter, I got even more excited. :) Can't wait to find out what happened to Shawn (*fingers crossed for some whump too lol*).
This is so well done. You have the characters down perfectly, and I'm at the edge of my seat. Not literally, because that's not comfortable on my back, but figuratively... I'm on the edge of my seat. :D
