Shawn glanced at the posters in the drab waiting room and scoffed.
"Healing takes courage."
"Healing takes time."
"Healing begins here."
"Awareness is the first step in healing."
Healing, he decided, was no longer a real word.
Healing was also not something that was going to magically happen in his mom's coworker's office.
Shawn knew Henry only brought him here to appease his mom after the divorce but it was a waste of time.
He was the very last person in their family who needed therapy.
"Shawn Spencer?"
The teen stood and smiled.
"Doc, you'll never believe it! I'm healed!"
