Not much too say. I love watching Shawn and Henry interact. This is the set-up. Hope to have more soon. Thanks for reading.
2. Chapter 2: The Wish Comes True by GBFreak1 [Reviews - 10] (623 words)
I really struggled with this chapter. I know where I want the story to go, but I'm having trouble with how. If this is a little slow and short, I apologize. I'd do better next chapter. As always, thanks for reading!
3. Chapter 3: Weird, Wild, Not so Good Stuff by GBFreak1 [Reviews - 9] (1088 words)
I have to be honest. I am struggling with this story. I know where I want it to go, but not how to get there and not how to make Henry seem like a complete sap. I believe that Henry cares about Shawn, but he is extremely disappointed in him. I also believe that to some extent he would not want Shawn to be miserable or have Shawn’s personality be completely different. And I could be completely off base, but that’s why this is AU and a work of complete fiction. So if this is terrible, I apologize, but the idea kept coming to me and I felt the need for the challenge. Thanks for reading.
4. Chapter 4: Stop This Ride I Wanna Get Off by GBFreak1 [Reviews - 10] (1533 words)
Hi again. I wanted to explain a little bit about my reasoning for the chapter 3. I know that I made Shawn mean and miserable, but I did it for a reason. I think that a real 9-5 job with responsibility and having to answer to authority would make Shawn nuts. He would absolutely hate it. I think that’s why he loves Psych so much. He gets to be a detective, but plays by his own rules. Plus, I wanted Henry to see that his Shawn is happy and he should be grateful with what he has. Also, remember this is Henry’s fantasy/dream, not reality, so it may be skewed. I probably exaggerated my point a little too much and I apologize for that. I’m still learning the ropes of writing fiction. I’m so accustomed to writing business and science reports. I hope you still enjoyed the ride and I appreciate any input you give me. So here it is the end. Cue dramatic music. Dum, dum, dum.
