I'm in my thirties, female, and have earned an M.F.A. in English/Creative Writing. I've been interested in writing most of my life, and started writing poetry (which is the genre I mostly studied in school) when I was 12 or 13. My dream is to become a published and successful author/poet/novelist/writer of books.

I started writing fanfiction back in college, around 2000. I'm much more confident now about my ability to transition from poetry to fanfiction short stories and full-length chapters. Mostly everything I write has some kind of darkness to it, but I feel that my style and skill is in constant evolution. I find myself surprised and delighted (and sometimes shocked) over and over again with what happens when I "follow the characters".

I enjoy writing/reading in the genres of Hurt/Comfort, Mystery, Suspense, Action/Adventure, Drama, and Angst mostly, though I'm starting to learn Humor—in its dark form anyway. I love Psych; everything about the show and the writing and reading of fics has become an all consuming fire in my life—pushing me to be creative during my waking hours and in my nightly dreams. Lassiter is my favorite character, but all of the characters have really grown on me and made an impact; they each want their own voices to be "heard".

I'm happy to say that my first completed Psych fic, "Ask For Another Day",   came out so well and that it's a story that people, and not just myself, want to read. Wow. I'm very proud of this first one, my "baby", which brought such hope and happiness that I can accomplish my goals. It feels like I just wrote my first "book", and it's a wonderful, touch-the-stars-up-above feeling. I hope that, by writing fanfiction, and feeling like I'm "doing a good job with it", that I can get my confidence up enough to actually write and publish a book.

Currently, I have five WIPs and one WIP episode tag "series".

I always appreciate reviews and feedback as well as your time to share your opinions of my work with me. So thank you in advance to any readers/reviewers! :) Really, I love my reviewers—you are awesome!

NOTE: I know I am currently extremely behind on updating, as well as author responses, but I want to let my readers/reviewers know that I am not giving up on anything, in spite of whatever stress RL throws (and throws and throws and throws) at me. I feel very blessed to be a part of this wonderful site and to have met so many awesome writers and lovers of Psych, and I appreciate all of you so much. <3

Thank you thank you thank you to whomever nice, sweet people nominated my work for the 2010 and 2011 PFAs, and who voted for me. *melts into goo* :)

My username is the same on I just signed up with the usanetwork message boards, and my username on that forum is LunaGreen_Eye_Glass. And one more, GothOnTheInside (where I will be posting my original (non-fanfiction) poems). And, because I'm apparently insane, lol, Twitter: LunaOnTheInside.

Challenges by silverluna

Halloween is my favorite holiday, so I would love to our favorite Psych characters celebrating Halloween (at a costume party, in a haunted house, at a "Murder Mystery Weekend"/ "Murder Camp", trick-or-treating, watching scary movies, etc.) or trying to when a crime is committed that needs full attention before the characters/ gang can get back to their festivities.

You can make it as scary or funny or serious as you want, you can add whumpage, violence, danger, etc.

No deadlines; I honestly could read a Halloween fic at anytime in the year. It can be a Short/ One Shot or a Longer Chaptered story. You can use all the characters or just a few, or one or two, your choice. Just have fun with it!

What if, after a bump or a knock to the head, Shawn has one of those Wizard of Oz dreams, but instead of Oz, the movie he's "trapped in" is one (or various) of his favorites from the 1980's era. Or, it doesn't have to be a specific 80's movie, but Shawn feels like he's suddenly in some alternate reality where it's the 80's and he's following the plot of one or many 80's movies.

Through the story, all Shawn is trying to do is get home/ get back to his "own reality", so he can find Gus, go to Henry's house for dinner, or try to keep some important date with Juliet or Abigail. Any characters besides Shawn can appear.

Use your imagination and have fun with it!

Juliet and Lassiter are having dinner together.

This is either a re-try of their failed "speed dating" experience in Season One's "He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not, He Loves Me, Oops, He's Dead"; a "date" for another undercover operation (where either one or both of them is undercover for some reason); or it's really a real Lassiet (Juliet/ Lassiter pairing) date. (Your choice.)

This can be romantic or awkward, or all work related, depending on your choice.

Also, one of them may end up drinking a little too much and might have to be driven home by the other. Something little (please, no porn! or taking advantage) might happen, or not, depending on your choice. Or it might just be some friendly talking. They could talk about how much they are (or aren't) compatible for the other. They could talk about how they are lucky they are partners and friends. Or . . . maybe they just have dinner together, and that's as far as it goes.

Henry Spencer and Karen Vick work together to solve a case, just the two of them. This can take place in the past (pre-Season) or in present day Santa Barbara, perhaps under Shawn and Gus's noses.

The case must be solved, the investigating and details worked out solely by Henry and Karen, so these two can show everyone "how it's (real and honest police work) done". The case should be something that has stumped everyone else, Lassiter and Juliet included, and is getting close to becoming a cold case.

Must at some point include a Henry-Karen fistbump. This can be witnessed by Shawn, Gus, Juliet or Lassiter, any combination or it can be done privately.

Whumpage, hurt/comfort, angst, etc. are optional.

I would LOVE to see a story featuring Buzz that is modeled on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode "The Zeppo", where Buzz would be "Xander", solving his own case which is actually just as important as the other one that everyone else is working on.

Instead of having all the supernatural/horror aspects like in Buffy, the story should have the "typical" goings on of Lassiter and Juliet working a case with Shawn and Gus consulting and joking and all the other stuff they always do. Maybe even Karen and Henry could be involved with their case. It could be an instance like in "Disco Didn't Die", when Lassiter and Juliet get two cases, one sounds cool and actiony and the other sounds boring, but with the stakes upped a bit.

The point is to have the story really feature Buzz being cool and bad-ass and holding his own and proving that he's a really good cop. It would be so fun to see Buzz in a role like that.

Buzz can either be recognized for his hard work/heroism or the gang may never know that Buzz was behind cracking a huge case/arresting a super-baddie/etc. (any plot of your choosing).

Can be a one-shot or a multi-chaptered story, any genre except Death!fic or Crack!fic.

Quotes from "The Zeppo":

"Cordelia: It must be really hard when all your friends have, like, superpowers; Slayer, werewolf, witches, vampires; and you're, like, this little nothing. You must feel like Jimmy Olsen.

Xander: I was just talking to... hey, mind your own business.

Cordelia: Ooo, I struck a nerve. The boy that had no cool.

Xander: I happen to be an integral part of that group. I happen to have a *lot* to offer.

Cordelia: Oh, please.

Xander: I do.

Cordelia: 'Integral part' of the group? Xander, you're the-the 'useless' part of the group. You're the Zeppo."
