I've been writing since I was old enough to hold a pen (though they were quickly taken away and replaced with pencils since I had the tendency to doodle on myself with them when I got bored.)

I started writing short stories when I was about 9. They were usually about places I'd been.

Or places I wanted to go.

Or places I only thought I'd been to in my imaginary world which I wondered off to quite often.

When I was about 13 I started writing full-on page turners, hoping to one day reach my goal of publishing a young-adult novel. Somehow, I would get halfway through them and lose my muse - never managing to complete any of them. Either I couldn't figure out where I wanted the story to go, or I wasn't sure how I wanted a character to act.

So over the years, I've accumulated notebooks after notebooks of unfinished stories. I could never complete my little worlds my characters lived in, and that was my fatal flaw.

That's why I love writing fan fiction for Psych. I already know the characters by heart, and have their voices in my head. (Sometimes I even talk to them too. Or torment them. Okay. I only do that to Shawn. Mostly.) This allows me to write a functioning story that when looking back at them, actually makes sense.

I still intend to write an original story one day, and if I'm lucky, have it published. Fan fiction has given me the door I needed to expand my skills and put them into working practice.

For those who review my work, I would like to thank you for your input and many squees as you have greatly helped me with both support, and extraordinary critique that has made me a better writer, and more importantly - a storyteller. You have no idea how much you mean to me. *smishes you all*

My goal is to continue to write unique, interesting, funny, emotional, character driven fics about this wonderful, amazing world of Psych.

Hopefully, I'll continue to draw your interest.
