This story follows Shawn as he deals with the death of Juliet O'Hara. Will he be able to cope, or will the guilt and pain consume him beyond the point of healing? Rated T, just to be safe. There's blood. Some description of injury, as well. Plus reference to alcohol and death, but in no way am I supportive of the use of alcohol. I'll say this is a spoiler for anyone that hasn't finished the 4th season, but the end chapters will require you to be caught up with the current season (season 7).
