A serial killer is loose in Santa Barbara, and he's targeting young girls in their twenties. Girls just like Allie. The only difference between them and her is that Allie has the chance to catch this guy before he catches her, which would make for a perfect set-up, if only everyone around her wasn't so set on keeping her safe by forcing her to stay out of harm's way.
