I'm really hoping that Jules only thinks one is definitely dead--but he's not really dead; but that seems unlikely. I actually feared at first that she was shooting Michael but then was shocked by the ending. I really hope you can update quickly. I've really liked your story but haven't been good about commenting--sorry about that since I have a bad habit of reading before work and not leaving enough time to comment afterwards.

What a fantastic chapter! Love the idea of bringing it full circle and I hope they can get Lucinda and Julie back safely without getting too hurt themselves in the process! I love that Lassiter is oddly calm about this, doesn't blame Shawn and is even a little thankful that it wasn't the baby that had been kidnapped. Gotta love Lassie! Hope Shawn remembers more soon!
