The first thing I want to say is that this is cute and it made my day. :-)
But more than that, I think this is a very good piece. I like the way you structured it. The repetition really emphasized your points.
I liked the way the piece flows, and I think that once again, you did a very nice job characterizing Lassiter. I'm impressed. :-)
My favorite part was the last two stanzas.
