This... is PRECIOUS!!!!!!! And not merely cute and happy but deep and - actually - hits me on an extremely personal level. My father is that version of Shawn who left Juliet holding all of the responsibility to the point of breakdown. Only, he never had the epiphany that Shawn so desperately needed. I felt tears behind my eyes when I read the lecture Juliet gave because it sounded almost spot on to rants that my mom has had though the years. The thing is, this it TOTAL perfection in how I could actually see the marriage going for Shawn and Juliet. I really bigtime feel there would be a huge learning curve for both of them - with Shawn sliding into the same lazy habits as always and never really thinking about how much work is actually required to have a family. And this whole story just reads so amazingly authentic and spectacular! And I don't even know how this is only one chapter because there's enough layers that this reads like a 30 chapter fic!!! You are a freaking BOSS!!

Looks like little Maggie is just as much of a handful as her dad.
I'm glad things worked out for Abigail. I felt bad for her on the show, since Shawn clearly felt more strongly for Juliet even when he and Abs were dating. But Juliet is so much better for him.
