Wow, I'm actually really impressed, especially for your first Psych fic! You put so much care and detail into this. It's really a beautiful look into the pain and heartbreak Juliet is experiencing without ever making her seem weak or pathetic to do so. You have an excellent balance between the innate strength of her character and the vulnerability she's experiencing in that scene.

Favorite line: the comparison between her & Shawn and her mother & Frank. For some reason, it never occurred to me that Juliet would make that connection, but it makes so much sense and brings a new empathy to both Juliet and her family.
